How to ensure uncompromising product quality? Control the production process from the preparation of vineyard soils to bottling and logistics of the finished brandy.

Georgian brandy “Chateau Kakheti” is produced at one of the largest brandy factories in Georgia – ABF. Every year 10,000,000 liters of products are exported from here to Italy, France, Ukraine, China, Belarus, Kazakhstan and the Baltic countries.

The quality of our brandy has been tested by time and strict critics from all over the world.

The ABF plant provides a full production cycle – from receiving grapes, smoking wine materials and aging brandy spirits to their blending and bottling. Traditional technologies are used here: selected grapes, collected on the ecologically clean plains of Georgia, are crushed and pressed, after fermentation they are sent for distillation, which results in valuable brandy spirits. The very “heart” is taken from them – the aromatic middle fraction of alcohol, sent for aging in barrels made of century-old oak. From aged alcohols of different years, master blenders create unique compositions and pleasant bouquets of aromas.

The new modern plant is located in an ecologically clean place, in the immediate vicinity of Tbilisi, in the main grape region of the country – Kakheti. Each specialist respectfully and scrupulously treats the quality of the finished product. At all stages of production, raw materials and brandy spirits are tested both in the company’s own laboratory and in accredited laboratories in Europe.
